She was able to alter recipes to cater to gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and vegetarian demands very easily without compromising the taste of the dish.
Jessica also catered ReD’s Christmas parties for the past two years. She was able to provide our usual Danish inspired Christmas meal while also making it fit for different dietary needs and deliver it to our downtown office space during a snow storm. When we underestimated how difficult it would be to plate a dinner for 40 people Jessica stayed with our wait staff to ensure that everything looks great when plated.
